Irja Tannlund

The raw emotion, high energy and edginess captured in the lens of Irja's camera comes from the roots of where she first discovered her passion for photography -- small indie and punk rock venues throughout San Francisco shooting her favorite local bands.

Building on this style, Irja spent the past 10-years working in special event production and marketing, where she put her photography skills to use creating stunning images of social and corporate events that can be seen in a variety of industry publications, as well as on an array of event vendor websites.

Realizing photography was clearly her calling, she began to expand her horizons further to include weddings and portrait work, and has since launched Irja Elisa Photography -- a full service photography studio.
